RETURN POLICY for the SMART CAT BOX
1. We DO NOT accept returns if the Smart Cat Box has been used.
2. We can not accept returns if you have had the SMART CAT BOX for over 14 days.
3. We DO NOT accept returns of litter.
4. We DO NOT issue credit for delivery charges to or from the customer.
5 We accept returns if the delivery carton has not been opened and returned within 14 days.
RESTOCKING FEES:
1. There is a $5.00 restocking fee for unopened cartons.
2. There is a $12.00 restocking fee for Smart Cat Box Starter Kits
3. There is a $15.00 restocking fee for Smart Cat Box Value Paks
